What do you think is premium service? Why Genuine Service Marketing in Nutrition Counseling Has Become a Rarity and Why I Choose to Work Differently
We live in a time where nutrition counseling services are increasingly digitalized, automated, and aggressively marketed. Impersonal apps, standardized templates, call‑center queues, digital funnels full of empty advertising messages, AI‑generated posts, superficial half‑knowledge, and self‑proclaimed experts who use questionable “studies” to sell their products — this is what dominates the current landscape.
And regularly, I am contacted by consultants, coaches, or supplement sellers who try to pull me into exactly this system. Often provocative, disrespectful, and surprisingly uninformed. Almost always with the message: “Buy my product, don’t ask questions — I know better.”
For me, this is not only unprofessional. It contradicts everything that responsible service marketing in nutrition counseling should stand for.
What My Clients Truly Need
The people who come to me are looking for something entirely different:
real human connection
a protected, confidential space
someone who listens
someone who understands
someone with genuine expertise
someone who takes responsibility
Especially in medical nutrition therapy, it’s not about likes, comments, or online visibility. Most of my clients value their privacy and have no interest in social media at all. They don’t want to be processed digitally — they want to invest their limited energy into what truly supports them.
And that is exactly what they receive from me.
Why I Choose Quality Over “Fancy Marketing”
Ethical, respectful service marketing within the legal framework is not loud, flashy, or manipulative. It is honest. It is human. It is professional.
Research has shown for years that in what we call “talking medicine”, one thing matters most:
Warmth + Competence + Experience.
Not overconfidence. Not ego‑driven marketing. Not consumer‑industry tactics.
20+ Years of Experience — and a Clear Commitment to Quality
I have been working as a dietitian since 2000. I have completed countless trainings, invested significantly in my qualifications, and gained over two decades of hands‑on experience.
It should be self‑evident that I no longer work for wages below minimum wage — something that used to be common in my profession. Quality requires time, knowledge, and responsibility. And that is exactly what I bring to the table.
The feedback I receive from clients confirms this again and again:
“You deliver what you promise.”
“You truly advocate for me.”
“Finally someone who really knows what they’re doing.”
This is why I love my profession. And why my practice is called Passion Ernährung — Passion Nutrition that is more about Passion Ernährungs' philosophy.
